I came to this work in 1998 with low back, neck pain, scoliosis and a limp from multiple ankle injuries. As a structural massage therapist, I assumed my patterns couldn’t change without structural interventions. I soon learned that I had old and very well-established movement patterns from accidents, injury and habit. And, these patterns could change.
This modality addresses our nervous system, not just our musculoskeletal system.
